探讨轮廓化鼻内镜手术对伴息肉难治性鼻窦炎的临床疗效

Discussion on the clinical effect of contouring endoscopic sinus surgery on refractory sinusitis with nasal polyps

目的分析轮廓化鼻内镜手术对伴息肉难治性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法100例伴息肉难治性鼻窦炎患者,按照分层随机法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采取功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组则采取轮廓化鼻内镜手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后Lund-Kennedy评分及嗅觉障碍VAS评分。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率96.0%高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Lund-Kennedy评分(6.3±2.1)分、嗅觉障碍VAS评分(2.4±0.6)分均低于对照组的(8.6±2.8)、(4.2±1.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论轮廓化鼻内镜手术在伴息肉难治性鼻窦炎临床治疗中具有较好的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,预防疾病的恶化,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of contouring endoscopic sinus surgery on refractory sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods A total of 100 refractory sinusitis patients with nasal polyps were divide into observation group and control group according to stratified random method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was treated with contouring endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical efficacy,Lund-Kennedy score and VAS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment 96.0%of the observation group was higher than 84.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Lund-Kennedy score(6.3±2.1)points and VAS score(2.4±0.6)points of the observation group were all lower than(8.6±2.8)and(4.2±1.0)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Contour endoscopic sinus surgery has a good clinical effect in the clinical treatment of refractory sinusitis with nasal polyps.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and prevent the deterioration of the disease.It is worthy of promotion and application.
