双唑泰栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Shuangzuotai suppository in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis

目的探究双唑泰栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果。方法100例滴虫性阴道炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予奥硝唑治疗,观察组给予双唑泰栓治疗。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、治疗效果。结果观察组患者白带异常消失时间(4.47±1.22)d、外阴瘙痒消失时间(5.38±1.52)d、腰腹疼痛消失时间(10.32±1.56)d均短于对照组的(5.45±1.42)、(6.11±1.59)、(13.62±1.35)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于滴虫性阴道炎患者,临床给予双唑泰栓治疗效果是非常确切的,可尽快减轻甚至消除患者白带异常、外阴瘙痒以及腰腹疼痛等临床症状,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuangzuotai suppository in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with trichomonal vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole,and the observation group was treated with Shuangzuotai suppository.The improvement of clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of leucorrhea abnormality(4.47±1.22)d,disappearance time of vulvar pruritus(5.38±1.52)d,disappearance time of waist and abdominal pain(10.32±1.56)d in the observation group were shorter than(5.45±1.42),(6.11±1.59)and(13.62±1.35)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuangzuotai suppository has affirmative effect on patients with trichomonal vaginitis,which can reduce or even eliminate the clinical symptoms of leucorrhea abnormality,vulva pruritus and waist and abdominal pain as soon as possible.It is worthy of recommendation.
