关注早产儿低体温并采取有效措施预防低体温的发生,是提升早产儿生命质量、改善临床结局的重要举措。对早产儿低体温发生现状、相关因素以及早产儿黄金小时体温管理干预措施进行综述,为早产儿的体温管理提供依据。

Objective Attention to hypothermia in premature infants and effective measures to prevent the occurrence of hypothermia were important measures to improve the quality of life and clinical outcomes of premature infants.To provide the basis for body temperature management in premature infants,the current status,related factors and the intervention measures for golden hour body temperature management were reviewed.
