长征时期,中国共产党面对复杂的环境与艰苦的斗争形势,在少数民族地区,以马克思主义民族思想为指导,从实际出发,结合各少数民族的特点,科学制定并认真贯彻民族政策,在少数民族地区开展打土豪分田地,废除苛捐杂税,帮助少数民族建立各级政权与武装等系列活动。党的民族政策促进了少数民族群众的觉醒,激发了少数民族群众反抗军阀统治的斗志,为红军顺利通过少数民族地区奠定了坚实的基础。红军长征为党的民族政策制定与实践提供了难得的机遇,积累了丰富的经验,为建国后我国正确处理民族关系奠定了坚实的基础。当下,很好地总结党在长征时期成功制定民族政策的经验,不断完善现行民族政策进而调动各族群众的积极性,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要的现实意义。

During the Long March period,Communist Party of China faced a complicated environment and a difficult situation.In the minority areas,under the guidance of Marxist theory about ethnic minorities,based on the actual situation of ethnic minorities,our party scientifically formulated ethnic minorities policies and implemented them conscientiously,including carrying out a series of activities in ethnic minority areas,such as the allocation of land by local tycoons,the abolition of exorbitant taxes and levies,and helping ethnic minorities establish political power and armed forces at various levels.Our party's ethnic policy has promoted the awakening of the minority people,motivated their morale to resist against the rule of the warlord,which helped the Red Army to pass through the minority areas smoothly.The Red Army's Long March provided a rare opportunity for our party to accumulate rich experience in the formulation and implementation of the policy of ethnic minorities and also laid a solid foundation for our country to deal with ethnic relations correctly after the founding of the People's Republic of China.At present,it is of great practical significance to sum up our party's successful experience in formulating national policies during the Long March period,and to constantly improve the current national policies so as to arouse the enthusiasm of the people of all ethnic groups in realizing the Chinese Dream.
