基于权属视角的传统村落古民居闲置问题分析——以永泰县前湖村为例

Analysis on the Idle Problem of the Ancient Folk Houses in the Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Ownership——A Case of Qianhu Village in Yongtai

本文分析了我国传统村落的空心化问题,探究闲置传统建筑的活化策略。以永泰县前湖村为例,分析了传统建筑的闲置状况及原因,从权属关系的视角,阐述了权属问题与闲置现象的内在联系,并基于消化权属争议的角度提出了权利分置、激励机制与村企协同的闲置古厝的活化策略。

This paper analyzes the hollowing out of traditional villages in China,and probes into the activation strategies of idle traditional buildings.Taking Qianhu Village as an example,this paper analyzes the idle state and causes of the traditional buildings.From the perspective of the ownership relationship,this paper expounds the internal relations between the ownership problem and the phenomenon of idleness.And based on the perspective of the ownership dispute,the paper puts forward the activation strategy of the idle ancient house with the cooperation of the right division,the incentive mechanism and the village enterprises.
