农民拆迁安置小区品质提升设计策略研究

Research on Quality Improvement Design Strategy of Farmers’Resettlement Communities

随着我国城市向外围扩张的推进,政府通过修建拆迁安置小区来解决农民住房问题。目前,农民拆迁安置小区空间品质较低,本文从交往空间、配套设施、交通系统、户型特点、建筑立面等方面分析该类小区现状空间品质问题,并结合农民生活习惯细致地提出品质提升设计策略。

With the development of urban expansion in China,the government solves the problem of farmers’housing by building demolition and resettlement residential areas.At present,the spatial quality of farmers’resettlement residential communities is relatively low.This paper analyzes the spatial quality of such residential communities from the aspects of communication space,supporting facilities,transportation system,house type characteristics,building facade,etc.,and puts forward detailed design strategies for quality improvement in combination with farmers’living habits.
