高层建筑近地空间的城市性设计策略探析

Exploration on Design Strategies of Near-Ground Space Surrounding High-Rise Building Toward Urban Integration

高层高密度是未来建筑发展的重要趋向之一,近地空间作为高层建筑中与城市直接接壤的部分,对城市公共空间品质有重要影响。本文着眼于从公共到私密的外部空间、灰空间和内部空间,通过对诸多优秀高层建筑案例的分析,归纳出与这3类空间相对应的3种优化近地空间城市性的设计策略,即整体布局、衔接过渡、内外渗透,并提炼出各类详细的空间操作手法,为未来高层建筑通过近地空间的设计实现与城市共融提供参考依据。

High-rise or high-density construction is one of the important trends in future architecture development.Near-ground space,as part of high-rise buildings directly adjacent to city area,has an important impact on the quality of urban public space.This paper focuses on exterior space,gray space and interior space from public to private.Through the analysis on outstanding cases,this paper sums up three strategies of improving the quality of near-ground space,namely the layout,transition,and penetration.Space operation methods are also sorted out in detail,which can provide references for the high-rise buildings to realize the urban integration through the design of nearground space in the future.
