摘要 本项目采用预制节段梁悬臂拼装施工工艺,现浇0#块纵向预应力波纹管安装定位精准度是施工中的一个关键环节,若其出现误差,将会影响后续节段梁拼装精准度。本文通过小组活动分析,总结了现浇0#块纵向预应力波纹管安装定位精准度的工艺技术,以培养专业型技术人才,在减少成本、提高效益等方面提供参考价值。 This project adopts the cantilever assembly technology of precast segment beams.The installation and positioning accuracy of the cast-in-place 0#block longitudinal prestressed corrugated pipe is a key link in the construction.If there is any error,it will affect the accuracy of subsequent segment beam assembly.Through the analysis on the group activities,this paper summarizes the technology of the installation and positioning accuracy of the vertical prestressed corrugated pipe of 0#block,cultivates professional technical personnel,and provides reference value in reducing costs and improving benefits.
