随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,我国的建筑工程也得到了一定的改革创新,尤其是对于BIM技术而言,其在各个工程项目中的运用效果极其显著,受到了行业专家学者的高度认可和广泛的推广运用。BIM技术是近年来所提出的一种全新的、先进的、高效的管理技术手段,其从真正意义上实现了项目的精细化管理,提高了整体管理效率及水平。首先,本文就BIM技术与施工企业项目管理的相关内容进行了概述;其次,深入分析了BIM技术背景下施工企业的发展优势及机遇;最后,分析了施工企业项目管理运用BIM技术的挑战。

With the rapid development of modern information technology,China’s construction engineering has also undergone a certain amount of reform and innovation,especially for BIM technology,its application effect in various engineering projects is extremely significant,which has been highly recognized and widely used by industry experts and scholars.BIM technology is a new,advanced and efficient management technology proposed in recent years.It realizes the fine management of the project in a real sense,and improves the overall management efficiency and level.This paper first summarizes the contents of BIM technology related with the project management of the construction enterprises,and then analyzes the development advantages and opportunities of construction enterprises under the background of BIM technology,and finally analyzes the challenges of using BIM technology in project management by construction enterprises.
