论国际项目管理中的项目控制措施

Study on Project Control Measures of International Project Management

我国改革开放以来,与全球各国之间的贸易往来愈加密切,并且合作承建了很多大型工程项目,在促进国际经济发展的同时,也在一定程度上提升了我国的国际影响力和知名度。当前我国承包的国际项目规模和数量逐步增长,做好项目管理工作,合理配置资源,依据规范标准和流程开展工作,对于打造质量、效益并重的项目可起到关键性作用。文章主要分析国际项目管理相关内容,提出有效的项目控制措施,践行到实处。

Since the reform and opening-up,China’s trade with other countries in the world has become closer and closer,and has undertaken many large-scale engineering projects,which not only promotes the development of international economy,but also enhances China’s international influence and popularity to a certain extent.At present,the scale and quantity of international projects contracted by China are gradually increasing.Doing project management well,reasonably allocating resources and conducting the work according to standards,specifications and processes play a key role in building projects that pay equal attention to both quality and benefits.The paper mainly analyzes the relevant contents of international project management,and puts forward effective project control measures to put them into practice.
