白僵蚕主要营养成分的分析

Analysis of the Main Nutritional Components of Bombyx Batryticatus

定量分析白僵蚕常规成分、微量元素、氨基酸的含量,发现白僵蚕中常规成分水分、灰分、粗脂肪和粗蛋白的含量分别为8.62%、8.40%、4.9%和69.3%;白僵蚕富含微量元素,磷、钙、镁、锌、锰的含量分别为4911.7 mg/kg、4610.8 mg/kg、3346.1 mg/kg、121.4 mg/kg、30.4 mg/kg,硒的含量为0.24 mg/kg;白僵蚕中总氨基酸含量为32.87%,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比率为27.60%。结果表明,白僵蚕含有丰富的营养物质,具有广阔的深度开发前景。

Quantitative analysis on the conventional components,trace elementand amino acids of Bombyx Batryticatus was carried out at the present study.It was found that the content of moisture,ash,crude fat and crude protein of Bombyx Batryticatus were 8.62%,8.40%,4.9%and 69.3%,respectively.Its contents of phosphorus,calcium,magnesium,zinc,manganese and selenium were 4911.7 mg/kg,4610.8 mg/kg,3346.1 mg/kg,121.4 mg/kg,30.4 mg/kg and 0.24 mg/kg,respectively.The content of total amino acids was 32.87%,and the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids was 27.60%.The results showed that Bombyx Batryticatus is rich in nutrients and has broad prospects for further exploitation.
