基于DEA与Malmquist指数的湛江市金融资源配置效率评价研究

Research on Allocation Efficiency Evaluation of Financial Resource Based on DEA and Malmquist Index in Zhanjiang

依据2010~2017年湛江市的面板数据,应用DEA模型和Malmquist指数分别从静态层面和动态层面测算湛江市金融资源配置效率情况。研究结果表明湛江市金融资源配置效率没有达到有效状态,综合技术效率平均值为0.5,金融资源配置效率水平整体不高。分析认为纯技术效率不高是湛江市金融资源配置效率低下的主要原因,通过与省内其他区域比较发现湛江市金融资源配置效率整体低于广东省平均金融资源配置效率。

Based on the panel data of Zhanjiang from 2010 to 2017,this paper uses DEA Model and Malmquist Index to measure the efficiency of financial resource allocation in Zhanjiang from both static and dynamic level.The results show that the efficiency of financial resource allocation in Zhanjiang is not effective.The average value of comprehensive technical efficiency is 0.5.The overall level of financial resource allocation efficiency is not high.The low pure technical efficiency is the main reason for the low efficiency of financial resource allocation in Zhanjiang.Compared with other regions in the province,it is found that the overall efficiency of financial resource allocation in Zhanjiang is below the average of that in Guangdong Province.
