摘要
《学术交流图书馆馆员核心能力》标准是专门针对学术交流馆员的技能需求和知识结构制定的相关标准,其内容及实践应用对我国开展相关工作具有重要的借鉴作用。文章介绍了《学术交流图书馆馆员核心能力》标准的内容,并对其应用案例进行分析,认为其内容具有指导科学性和实践适用性。我国图书馆可以以核心能力为纲领了解和重视学术交流服务及相关领域的发展、进行相关的学术交流技能培训、逐步开展学术交流服务。
The Core Competencies for Scholarly Communication Librarians in the United States is a standard specially formulated for the skill demand and knowledge structure of scholarly communication librarians, and its content and practical application have important reference for carrying out this work in China. The paper introduces the content of NASIG Core Competencies for Scholarly Communication Librarians in the United States, analyzes its application cases, and considers that its content has scientific guidance and practical applicability. Also, the paper holds that libraries in China should take core competencies as the guideline to understand and value academic exchange services and the development of related fields, provide relevant academic exchange skills training, and gradually develop academic exchange services.
