《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》施行后涉及公共图书馆案件的实证研究——基于湖南省的调查

Empirical Research on Cases Involving Public Libraries after the Implementation of Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China--Based on the Investigation in Hunan Province

文章采用实地调研和网络调查的方法,对《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》施行后湖南省发生的涉及公共图书馆的案件进行调查。根据调查数据归纳得出湖南省涉及公共图书馆案件的主要特点,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出了未来湖南省发生的涉及公共图书馆案件的化解方略。

The paper investigates the cases involving public libraries in Hunan province after the implementation of the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China by means of field investigation and network investigation. According to the investigation data, the paper summarizes the main characteristics of these cases, and puts forward the solutions of the cases involving public libraries in Hunan Province in the future from the macro, meso and micro levels.
