我国省级公共图书馆战略规划的解读与启示——基于“十三五”发展规划的文本分析

Interpretation and Enlightenment of Strategic Planning of Provincial Public Libraries in China——A Text Analysis Based on the 13th Five-year Development Plan

文章基于文本分析视角,以28所对外发布“十三五”发展规划的省级公共图书馆为研究对象,从规划文本形态特征、体例结构、内容特征等方面进行解读与分析,通过对28所省级公共图书馆“十三五”规划共性内容的总结提炼,提出“十四五”时期省级公共图书馆规划编制的几点思考,旨在为规划的编制提供科学思路和智力支持。

Based on the perspective of text analysis,the paper takes 28 provincial public libraries that have issued the 13th five-year development plan as the research objects,interprets and analyzes the morphological characteristics,style structure and content characteristics of the development plan text,as well as puts forward some thoughts on the formulation of the development plan of provincial public libraries during the 14th five-year period by summarizing the common contents of the13th five-year development plan of 28 provincial public libraries,so as to provide scientific ideas and intellectual support for the formulation of the development plan in the 14th five-year period.
