摘要
本文利用CFD软件对用于高铁车厢内空调通风系统热回收的小型热管(内有吸液芯)换热器进行数值模拟,研究了在冬夏两季不同管排数及不同迎面风速对热管换热器换热性能和压降的影响,并且分析了换热器排数和单位体积换热量的关系。结果表明,换热器单位压降换热量和单位体积换热量均随着排数的增大而减小,且6排管换热器的单位体积换热量仅有2排管换热器单位体积换热量的50%左右。
The CFD software is used to simulate the heat exchanger of small heat pipe(with wick)used for heat recovery of air conditioning and ventilation system in high-speed rail.The effects of different pipe rows and different wind speed on heat exchanger performance and pressure drop,and the relationship between the pipe rows and the heat exchange per unit volume were analyzed.The results show that the heat transfer per unit pressure and the heat exchange per unit volume decrease with the increase of the number of rows,and the heat transfer per unit volume of the 6-row pipes heat exchanger is only 50%of the 2-row heat exchanger.
