装配式建筑外墙传热系数测试与能耗模拟 被引量:2

Testing of Comprehensive Heat Transfer Coefficient of Exterior Wall of a Prefabricated Residential Building in Shanghai and Energy Simulation

摘要 本文采用热流计方法对上海市某已建成的装配式住宅建筑外墙的综合传热系数进行了现场测试,并通过能耗模拟对比了实际建筑与参照建筑全年空调能耗。结果表明:在外墙内外侧均布置热流计的方法,可以判断通过外墙的传热是否达到稳定状态,实测建筑外墙传热达到稳定的时间为60 h。实测建筑外墙的综合传热系数为0.48 W/(m^2·K)。实测建筑仅考虑外墙综合传热系数改变的条件下,相对于参照建筑全年制冷能耗降低4.1%,全年制热能耗降低30.6%,全年总能耗降低16.7%。 The heat flow meter method is used to test the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall in an existing fabricated residential building in Shanghai.The annual air conditioning energy consumption of the actual building and the reference building is compared through the energy consumption simulation.The results show that it can be used to determine if the heat transfer through the exterior wall has reached a steady state through installing heat flow meters on the both side of the wall.The heat transfer through the exterior wall reach a steady state after measuring for 60 hours.The comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the measured external wall of the building is 0.48 W/(m^2·K).Compared to the reference building the annual cooling,heating,total energy consumption of the actual building decreased by 4.1%,30.6%,16.7%respectively with the consideration of the only difference of the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of external wall between the actual building and the reference building.
