现代科技的发展正在重塑司法裁判文书的生成过程,因应现代科技的发展,建设符合时代特征和要求的智慧司法是司法改革的重要途径,是提高司法效率、维护社会公正的必要途径。当前智慧司法在法律文书领域已经得到了少许应用,但仍存在较多问题。未来的法律文书改革应牢固树立"智慧司法法律文书改革"理念,注重硬件建设,细化法律文书生成的流程,打造智能系统,辅助法官作出高效率的正确裁判。

The development of modern science and technology is reshaping the generation process of judicial judgment documents.In response to the development of modern science and technology,building a smart judicial sys⁃tem that meets the characteristics and requirements of the times is an important way of judicial reform,and is a nec⁃essary way to improve judicial efficiency and maintain social justice.At present,smart justice has been applied in the field of legal documents,but there are still many problems.Future legal document reform should firmly establish the concept of“smart judicial legal document reform”,focus on hardware construction,refine the process of generat⁃ing legal documents,create an intelligent system,and assist judges to make efficient and correct judgments.
