Factors influencing the use value and life-span,which include physical and chemical properties of pesticide technical and formulated products,impurities and relevant impurities in both technical and formulations,types of pesticide formulations,toxicity and endocrine disruption properties of pesticides,environmental fate,ecological toxicity,efficacy and phytotoxicity,the potential of resistance development,the criteria for approval of registration,and criteria for ban and/or substitution of pesticides,were thoroughly analyzed.This paper provides the methodology of analyzing the use value and life-span of pesticide products for the innovation of new products and the manufacture and use of existing products which may help manufacturers in choosing correct products and predicting the future of chosen products.
