宫颈癌合并慢性腹泻治验一例分析

Analysis of a Proven Case of Cervical Cancer with Chronic Diarrhea

田建辉擅长运用温补脾肾、抗癌蠲毒法治疗宫颈癌合并顽固性腹泻,认为长期腹泻可导致正气亏虚,影响宫颈癌患者的生活质量。临床多以"扶正治癌"为主,"治泻九法"为辅,攻邪有度,调摄心神,杂合以治,取得较好疗效。本文报道田建辉治疗宫颈癌合并慢性腹泻验案一例,希其为临床治疗宫颈癌提供参考。

Professor TIAN Jian-hui is good at treating cervical cancer with intractable diarrhea by using the therapy of warming and tonifying spleen and kidney,and inhibiting cancer and removing toxin.He believes thatlong-term diarrhea can cause the deficiency of healthy qi and has an influence on the quality of life of the patients.In the clinical practice,method of supporting healthy qi to inhibit the cancer can be used as the principle for thetreatment of cervical cancer with intractable diarrhea,and nine methods for treating diarrhea can be used as theadjuvant therapy,which result into the satisfactory clinical efficacy after properly eliminating pathogens andnourishing heart with the combined therapy.This paper reported a proven case of cervical cancer with intractablediarrhea treated by Professor TIAN Jian-hui,so as to proved reference for the clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
