单颗种植修复体咬合预留间隙和咬合力相关性的临床研究

Clinical evaluation of reserved occlusal space and occlusal force in single posterior implant prosthesis

目的探讨后牙单颗种植修复体咬合预留间隙的临床评估方法。方法选择50例第一磨牙种植修复患者,通过种植专用咬合试验纸抽出法建立修复体咬合预留间隙,T-scan咬合分析仪分别记录种植修复体及其对侧同名天然牙的咬合接触时间和咬合力百分比,进行统计学分析。结果种植修复体的咬合接触时间晚于天然牙0.03 s,咬合力百分比为天然牙的52.54%(P<0.001);种植修复体与天然牙的咬合接触时间差值与咬合力百分比差值存在相关性(P<0.001)。结论种植专用咬合试验纸抽出法可以实现种植修复体晚接触轻咬合的咬合特征;单颗种植修复体存在咬合接触时间越晚,咬合力越小的特点。

Objective To investigate the correlation between occlusal force and reserved space in single posterior implant prosthesis.Methods A total of 50 cases that received implant-supported first molar prosthesis were selected and the reserved occlusal space was established by dedicated articulating paper.The contact time and ratio of occlusal force of implant-supported first molar and contralateral homonymous natural tooth were collected for statistical analysis using T-scan articulation analyzer.Results The occlusal contact time of implant was 0.03 s later than that of natural teeth.The ratio of occlusal force of implants was 52.54%of that of natural teeth(P<0.001).The difference of occlusal contact time between implant and natural teeth was correlated with the difference of the ratio of occlusal force(P<0.001).Conclusions The occlusal characteristics of later contact and lighter occlusion of implant restoration can be realized by extraction method using dedicated articulating paper.The later the occlusal contact time,the smaller the occlusal force is the characteristic of single posterior implant prosthesis.
