Property management is an industry that emerged with the development of real estate and urbanization.Under the premise of people's increasing demand for housing,how property management can take advantage of new technologies and new management modes,so as to improve the quality of property management and create high-quality property services,has attracted widespread attention.This paper analyzes the development of 5G internet of things technology.Through the advanced idea of making products with scenario thinking,the paper analyzes the application scenarios of 5G internet of things technology in property management,so as to propose corresponding product planning and provide useful suggestions for the application of 5G new technology and the improvement of property service level.
