摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展,我国对中小企业的扶持力度逐渐加大,越来越多的中小企业开始在社会上崭露头角,对我国的经济发展发挥其重要的作用。但在中小企业迅速发展的同时许多问题也相继出现,其中人力资源问题最为突出,企业的人力资源开发效果普遍低下。因此,现代化社会背景下要着重解决企业的人力资源问题,保证中小企业健康发展。 With the rapid development of the national economy,China's support for small and medium-sized enterprises is gradually increasing.More and more small and medium-sized enterprises begin to show their capabilities and competence in the society and play an important role in China's economic development.However,with the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises,many problems have emerged one after another,among which the problem of human resources is the most prominent,and the effect of human resources development in enterprises is generally low.Therefore,under the background of modern society,we should focus on solving the problem of human resources of enterprises to ensure the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
