This paper mainly analyzes the significance and present situation of standardization construction of grassroots Party branches in enterprises,and emphatically introduces several ways to strengthen standardization construction.The grassroots Party branch of an enterprise is the foundation of the Party organization system and the link between the Party and the broad masses of the people,so it is of great significance and value to standardize the grassroots Party branch.By exploring standardization construction measures,we hope to continuously improve the quality of Party branch construction,and then transform the political advantage of the Party organization into the economic competitiveness and social competitiveness of enterprise development.
