With the continuous development of society,the construction of public culture is gradually valued by the social masses.The construction of public culture is an important part of the public administration system.It is a cultural form formed to meet the common needs of the society.Its goal is for the social masses to participate in culture,and everyone to create and enjoy culture.The construction of public culture helps to promote the development of public administration,enrich people's spiritual world and maintain the stable development of society.Therefore,this paper mainly elaborates the meaning of the construction of public culture,analyzes the construction ways of public culture from the perspective of public administration,so as to carry out the construction of public culture scientifically and efficiently.
