摘要
在水质基准的制定过程中试验物种的选择十分重要。本研究分别进行了苯并芘、毒死蜱、硝基苯和As3+对鲫(Carassius auratus)的急性毒性实验,结合鲫的室内毒性试验数据和文献毒性数据,对6种代表性污染物对鲫的物种敏感性进行分析。结果表明,苯并芘、毒死蜱、硝基苯和As3+的96 h-LC50分别为0.01 mg/L、0.31 mg/L、73.31 mg/L和2.27 mg/L。物种敏感性评价结果显示,鲫对苯并芘、荧蒽、毒死蜱和硝基苯具有较高的耐受性,对Hg2+和As3+的敏感性较高,在鱼类中居首位。作为鲤科的代表性鱼类,鲫可能是一种对于金属较敏感的物种,可以用作金属水质基准制定的试验生物。
Selection of test species plays a key role in deriving water quality criteria(WQC).Acute toxicity tests of benzo[a]pyrene(BaP),chlorpyrifos(CPF),nitrobenzene and As3+to Carassius auratus were tested in this study.Comparative analysis of species sensitivity of C.auratus to six typical pollutants was performed with our experiments and published literature.The results showed that 96 h-LC50 of BaP,CPF,nitrobenzene and As3+was 0.01 mg/L,0.31 mg/L,73.31 mg/L and 2.27 mg/L,respectively.The results of species sensitivity evaluation showed that C.auratus had high tolerance to BaP,fluoranthene,CPF and nitrobenzene.On the contrary,C.auratus were more sensitive to Hg2+and As3+,which ranking first of total fishes.As a representative fish of Cyprinidae,it can be inferred that C.auratus may be a sensitive test organism for deriving metal WQC.
