整体性城市设计理念及其实践——以郑州市郑东新区龙湖金融中心外环建筑群城市设计为例

Integral Urban Design Concept and Its Practice——A Case of the Urban Design of Outer Ring Architectural Complex in Longhu Financial Center of Zhengdong New District in Zhengzhou

本文从城市空间形态的整体性丧失这一表现出发,梳理中西方传统城市营城中的整体观念,并分析了当前城市建设中整体性丧失的三大主要原因。笔者认为,城市设计的目标之一在于创造基于城市整体性格局下的多样性,基于笔者过去20年的城市设计实践工作检讨发现,城市发展与市场形成合力造成建筑主体空间的破碎性失控,提出通过以城市要素整合和公共空间构建为抓手,以个体物业约束与整体利益的平衡为手段的整体性城市设计构建城市空间形态秩序。郑州市龙湖金融中心外环建筑群以城市设计作为工作平台进行多专业协同,确立工程设计总控和总规划师的工作机制,以功能使用整体性、空间风貌整体性、交通组织整体性和设计管控整体性为手段,为我们实践整体性城市设计提供了参考。

Starting from the loss of the integrity of urban space form,this paper reviews the concept of integrity in the traditional city construction in China and western countries,and analyzes three main reasons in current loss of the integrity in urban construction.The author thinks that one of the urban design goals is to create diversity under the integral urban pattern.By the summary and review of the urban design practices in last two decades,the author considers that the main building space is unbounded fragmentarily due to the integral force of urban development and the market.It is proposed to construct the order of urban space form through a holistic urban design that takes the integration of urban elements and the construction of public space as the starting point,and the balance of individual property constraints and overall interests as the means.The outer ring building complex of Longhu Financial Center in Zhengzhou uses urban design as a working platform for multi-disciplinary collaboration,establishes the working mechanism of the engineering design master control and master planner,and uses the integrity of functions,the integrity of the space style,the integrity of the traffic organization and the wholeness of design management and control as means,which provides a reference for the practice of holistic urban design.
