摘要
本文聚焦于功能布局对住宅能耗及舒适度的耦合影响。首先,针对夏热冬冷地区居民实际用能行为对上海典型住户展开数据监测,总结出夏热冬冷地区居民标准用能模式(空调期、在室情况、用能行为、容忍温度和设定温度),为后续研究输入条件提供了实践数据支撑;其次,通过DeST软件对功能布局与居民用能习惯的耦合影响展开研究,针对纯化户型(三代直系家庭)给出建议的功能布局,即客厅、老人卧室宜布置在南面等;最后,借助SPSS分析指出房间功能是总能耗的关键因素,朝向布局是总舒适度达标率的决定因素,为节能建筑户型设计提供指导建议。
This paper focuses on the coupling effect of functional layout on residential energy consumption and comfort.Firstly,data monitoring is carried out for typical residents in hot summer and cold winter areas.Standard energy consumption modes(air conditioning period,indoor conditions,energy consumption behavior,tolerance temperature and setting temperature)are summarized,which provide practical data support for subsequent research on input conditions.Secondly,through DeST software,the coupling effect of functional layout and residential energy use habits is studied.Suggestions on functional layout of purified households(three generations of direct families)are given,that is,living rooms and bedrooms for the elderly should be arranged in the south.Finally,with the help of SPSS analysis,it is pointed out that room function is the key factor of total energy consumption,and orientation layout is the decisive factor of total comfort rate,which provides guidance for the household design of energy-saving building.
