基于区域竞争力的中国天然橡胶产业政策研究

Analysis of Natural Rubber Industry Policies in China Based on the Natural Rubber Regional Competitive Capability

以天然橡胶生产国协会、联合国粮食与农业组织统计数据和联合国商品贸易统计数据等为依据,概述国内外天然橡胶产业发展基本情况及区域分布情况;采用贸易竞争力指数、显性比较优势指数,分析2010~2018年全球天然橡胶六大生产国的国际贸易竞争力、国际贸易区域比较优势。研究表明,泰国的天然橡胶产品国际贸易竞争力指数最高,其后依次为印度尼西亚、越南、马来西亚、印度、中国;印尼的天然橡胶产品比较优势指数最高,其后依次为泰国、马来西亚、越南、印度、中国。最后提出促进中国天然橡胶产业进一步发展的建议。

The basic situation and area distributions of natural rubber industry developments at home and abroad were described based on the database of ANRPC,FAO and UN-Comtrade statistics,and the international trade competitive capability and the international trade regional comparative advantages of six main natural rubber producing countries were analyzed by using the trade competitive index and the revealed comparative advantage index.The result showed that Thailand had the highest international trade competitive capability index,followed by Indonesia,Vietnam,Malaysia,India and China,while Indonesia had the highest comparative advantages index of natural rubber products,followed by Thailand,Malaysia,Vietnam,India and China.Some suggestions on the development of natural rubber industry in China were put forward.
