小型开放性发达经济体国家农业发展经验对海南的启示

Enlightenment of Agricultural Development Experience of Small Open Developed Economies to Hainan

对经济较为发达的小型经济体国家丹麦、荷兰、爱尔兰、新西兰、以色列、新加坡等基本情况进行比较分析,就农业主导产业选择、外向型农业发展模式、农业发展的创新驱动、农业生产者支持水平等方面的共性特征进行总结。提出海南省农业主导产业选择原则,建议以外向型农业发展为目标导向,科技创新为农业发展驱动力,增加农业财政支出并对其结构进行优化。

The basic situations of small economies such as Denmark,Netherlands,Ireland,New Zealand,Israel and Singapore were compared and analyzed,and the common characteristics in the selection of agricultural leading industries,export-oriented agricultural development mode,innovation-driven agricultural development and support level of agricultural producers were systematically summarized,based on which a selection principle for leading agricultural industries in Hainan were put forward to enhance agricultural financial support and optimize its structure with the export-oriented agricultural development as a goal and the technological innovation as a driving force for agricultural development.
