滇桂粤琼四省区农业国际合作比较及对海南的思考

Comparison of Agricultural International Cooperation Aamong Yunnan,Guangdong and Hainan Provinces and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and Reflections on the Cooperation in Hainan Province

比较分析云南、广西广东、海南四省区农业国际合作管理体制,梳理各省区农业国际合作现状及成效,总结在开展农业国际合作的有益经验,最后从完善农业对外合作机制,有效搭建农业合作平台、培育壮大对外合作主体及建立健全公共服务体系四个方面提出了建议。

The agricultural international cooperation management systems in Yunnan,Guangdong and Hainan Provinces and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were compared and analyzed,and the current situation,achievements and some beneficial experiences of agricultural international cooperation in these provinces and the region were summarized,some suggestions were put forward from four aspects such as improving the mechanism of agricultural cooperation with foreign countries,effectively building the platform of agricultural cooperation,cultivating and strengthening entities for international cooperation,establishing and improving the public service system.
