智能财务背景下高校财务管理专业人才培养探索

A probe into the training of financial management professionals in colleges and universities under the background of intelligent finance

通过分析人工智能对企业财务管理的影响,得出该影响利远胜于弊,所以企业财务管理智能化是大势所趋。为使高校财务管理专业毕业生更好地满足企业需求,从人才培养方案、课程体系、实践教学、师资队伍、评价方法几个方面提出了高校财务管理专业人才培养的建议。

By analyzing the influence of artificial intelligence on financial management of enterprises,it is concluded that the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages,so the intelligence of enterprise financial management of enterprises is an irresistible trend.In order to make the graduates majored in financial management in colleges and universities better meet the needs of enterprises,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of financial management professionals in colleges and universities from the aspects of talent training plans,curriculum system,practical teaching,teaching staff and evaluation methods.
