岭南刺络放血疗法在急性腰扭伤中的应用

岭南刺络放血疗法是岭南针灸流派的重要组成部分,有其独有的特色,历经几代人的传承创新在治疗急性腰扭伤方面积累了丰富经验。文章阐述岭南刺络放血疗法对急性腰扭伤的理论及临床经验,以"阴阳互济、通调和畅"为学术思想,遵循"远近取穴通经络、俞募配穴调脏腑、上下配伍和阴阳、左右思变畅六经"取穴原则。文章所述病案乃临床治疗急性腰扭伤之管窥,整理临床采用岭南刺络放血疗法诊治急性腰扭伤之经验,具有较好的实践指导意义。

Lingnan blood-letting puncture is an important part of the Lingnan Acupuncture School.It has its unique characteristics.With several generations of inheritance and innovation,it has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.This paper describes the theory and clinical experience of Lingnan bloodletting puncture for acute lumbar sprain.Lingnan blood-letting puncture takes"mutual supplementing of YinYang,harmony and smoothness of body"as the academic thought,follows the principle of"far and near acupoints to pass through the meridians,adjust the viscera and spleen with acupoints,adjust upper and lower compatibility and Yin and Yang,and change the six meridians of thinking from left to right".The cases introduced in this paper is the experience of clinical treatment of acute lumbar sprain,which have good practical guiding significance.
