胃肠肿瘤患者术后失志症候群现状及其与健康信念、医学应对的相关性

Status of postoperative demoralization symptom in patients with gastrointestinal tumors and its correlation with health beliefs and medical response

目的探讨胃肠肿瘤患者术后失志症候群现状及其与健康信念、医学应对的相关性。方法选择医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的胃肠肿瘤手术患者140例,借助一般资料问卷调查患者基础资料,借助失志量表、健康信念量表、医学应对量表进行评价,经Pearson相关性分析胃肠肿瘤患者术后失志症候群与健康信念、医学应对的相关性。结果胃肠肿瘤患者术后失志评分为25.43±6.64分,经Pearson相关性分析,胃肠肿瘤患者术后失志水平与健康信念水平呈负相关性(r 1=-0.203,P 1=0.014),与医学应对呈负相关性(r 2=-0.328,P 2=0.008),但关系较弱。结论胃肠肿瘤患者术后失志症候群较为严重,其与患者健康信念水平、医学应对方式有一定关系,临床应加强健康教育,促进其正面疾病与治疗。

Objective To explore the status of postoperative demoralization symptom in patients with gastrointestinal tumors and its correlation with health beliefs and medical response.Methods To select 140 cases of patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery in hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 as the study objects,and the general information questionnaire was used to investigate the basic data of the patients,and the demoralization scale,the health belief scale,and the medical response scale were used for evaluation.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between postoperative demoralization symptom in patients with gastrointestinal cancer and health beliefs,medical response.Results The postoperative demoralization score of patients with gastrointestinal cancer was 25.43±6.64 points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of postoperative demoralization in patients with gastrointestinal tumors was negatively correlated with the level of health beliefs(r 1=-0.203,P 1=0.014),and negatively correlated with medical response(r 2=-0.328,P 2=0.008),but the relationship was weak.Conclusion Postoperative demoralization symptom in patients with gastrointestinal tumors was more serious,which was related to the patient's health belief level and medical response.Clinical health education should be strengthened to promote their positive diseases and treatment.
