PDCA循环式家庭护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者自我效能、生活质量、满意度的影响

Effect of PDCA circulating family nursing intervention on self-efficacy,quality of life and satisfaction of patients undergoing uremia hemodialysis

目的探讨PDCA循环式家庭护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者的影响。方法将医院于2018年2—8月接收的尿毒症血液透析患者113例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组57例和观察组56例,对照组实施常规护理干预观察组实施PDCA循环式家庭护理干预。结果护理干预后,观察组自我效能GSES评分、生活质量SF-36评分、护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过PDCA循环式家庭护理干预,能够进一步提高尿毒症血液透析患者自我效能,改善其生活质量,赢得患者好感,对于构建和谐的护患关系至关重要。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulating family nursing intervention in patients undergoing uremia hemodialysis.Methods To select 113 cases of patients who underwent uremic hemodialysis and were accepted by hospital from February to August 2018 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group of 57 cases and an observation group of 56 cases according to the principle of comparability the basic characteristics of between the groups.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented PDCA circulating family nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the self-efficacy GSES score,quality of life SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulating family nursing intervention can further improve the self-efficacy of uremic hemodialysis patients,improve their quality of life,and win the favor of patients.This was essential for building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
