护理质量敏感指标评价与持续质量改进在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用

Application of nursing quality sensitive index evaluation and continuous quality improvement in patients undergoing total hip replacement

目的探究护理质量敏感指标评价与持续质量改进在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法按照两组患者性别、年龄、VAS评分、术前Harris评分等基线资料具有可比性的方法,选取2018年7月至2019年6月医院收治的全髋关节置换术患者60例为对照组,行常规护理;2019年7月至2020年6月医院收治的全髋关节置换术患者60例为观察组,实施护理质量敏感指标评价与持续质量改进。比较两组术后1周、术后1个月平均Harris评分、平均住院时间与满意度评分状况。结果两组术前平均Harris评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后1周、术后1个月平均Harris评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理质量敏感指标评价与持续质量改进应用于全髋关节置换术患者,可促进髋关节功能恢复,缩短住院时间,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality sensitive index evaluation and continuous quality improvement in patients undergoing total hip replacement.Methods To select 60 cases of patients who underuent total hip replacement and were admitted in hospital,from July 2018 to June 2019 as a control group according to the comparable method possessed by the baseline data of the two groups of patients,such as gender,age,VAS score,and preoperative Harris score,and routine care was performed to them,and another 60 cases of patients who underuent total hip replacement and were admitted in hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as an observation group,nursing quality sensitive index evaluation and continuous quality improvement were implemented to them.The average Harris score,average length of stay and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups at 1 week and 1 month after operation.Results There was no significant difference in the average Harris scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The average Harris scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 week and 1 month after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing quality sensitive index evaluation and continuous quality improvement in patients undergoing total hip replacement can promote the recovery of hip joint function,shorten the hospital stay,and improve patient's nursing satisfaction.
