摘要
目的探究问题引导教育联合目标导向护理在乳腺癌晚期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2—12月收治的乳腺癌晚期患者78例,按照年龄、文化水平、发病部位、病理分型有可比性的方法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取问题引导教育联合目标导向护理,比较两组患者的癌痛管理障碍问卷评分(BQ)和认知功能评分。结果观察组癌痛管理障碍问卷(BQ)评分低于对照组,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论问题引导教育联合目标导向护理在乳腺癌晚期患者中的应用,能改善癌痛管理障碍,促进认知功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the application effect of problem-guided education combined with goal-oriented nursing in patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods To select 78 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer admitted from February to December 2018 and divided them into an observation group and a control group with 39 cases in each group according to comparable methods of age,education level,location of onset,and pathological classification.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted problem-oriented education combined with goal-oriented nursing on the basis of the control group to compare the cancer pain management disorder questionnaire(BQ)scores and cognitive function scores of the two groups of patients.Results The BQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-guided education combined with goal-oriented nursing in patients with advanced breast cancer can improve the management of cancer pain and promote the recovery of cognitive function.
