摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散微生态免疫制剂结合布拉酵母菌对儿童厌食症致营养不良的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月收治的125例儿童厌食症致营养不良患儿为研究对象,按照组间性别、年龄、病程匹配的原则分为观察组(n=63)和对照组(n=62)。观察组应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合布拉酵母菌治疗,对照组单独应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组体重增长值、身高增长值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组食欲、进食量、进食时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于厌食症致营养不良患儿应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散微生态免疫制剂联合布拉酵母菌治疗,能有效改善患儿营养不良状况,促使患儿积极进食,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of bifidobacterium triple viable powder microecological immune preparation combined with Saccharomyces boulardii on malnutrition caused by anorexia in children.Methods A total of 125 cases of children patients with malnutrition caused by anorexia in children who were admitted from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into an observation group(n=63)and a control group(n=62)according to the matching principle of sex,age,and disease course between groups.The observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria powder combined with Saccharomyces boulardii,and the control group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria powder alone to observe the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the weight gain and height gain of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The appetite,food intake and eating time of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children patients with malnutrition caused by anorexia,the application of bifidobacteria triple viable bacteria powder microecological immune preparation combined with Saccharomyces boulardii can effectively improve the malnutrition of the children patients and encourage the children patients to eat actively,and the treatment effect was significant.
