摘要
目的探讨基于ADDIE教学理论的护士分层在线培训(E-learning)系统模型对肿瘤内科护士癌痛控制护理能力的影响。方法选取医院2017年1月至2019年1月住院部肿瘤内科8个病区共98名护士为研究对象,按组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组由科室护士长对所有护士进行培训,观察组予以基于ADDIE教学理论的E-learning护士分层培训系统模型干预,比较两组护士疼痛管理各维度水平、护士理论考核、情景模拟操作及培训满意度情况。结果观察组护士有关疼痛管理中疼痛评估、疼痛药物、疼痛知识、疼痛干预、及总评分均明显高于对照组。观察组护士理论考核、情景模拟操作及培训满意度评分均明显高于对照组。结论以ADDIE教学系统设计模型为框架,设计E-learning护士分层培训系统模型,可有效提高肿瘤内科护士癌痛控制护理能力,达到良好培训与考核效果。
Objective To explore the effect of the hierarchical online training(E-learning)system model for nurses based on ADDIE teaching theory on the nursing ability of medical oncology nurses in cancer pain control.Methods To select 98 nurses admitted in the 8 wards of the Department of Oncology of the Inpatient Department from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study subjects,According to the principle of comparability between the basic characteristics of the groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.In the control group,the head nurse of the department trained all nurses,and the observation group was intervened by the E-learning nurses'hierarchical training system model based on ADDIE teaching theory.The two groups of nurses were compared with the various dimensions of pain management,nurse theory assessment,scenario simulation operation and training satisfaction degree situation.Results The nurses in the observation group had significantly higher pain assessment,pain medication,pain knowledge,pain intervention,and total scores in pain management than the control group.The observation group's nurses'theoretical assessment,scenario simulation operation and training satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Taking the ADDIE teaching system design model as the framework,designing the E-learning nurse hierarchical training system model can effectively improve the cancer pain control and nursing ability of the medical oncology nurses,and achieve a good training and assessment effect.
