纳米电化学传感器在心血管系统药物检测领域的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 心血管系统药物属于重要的临床用药,如何对其进行有效的分析与检测一直是研究热点。电化学方法与其他检测手段相比,简便快速、灵敏度高,被广泛用于该类药物的分析与检验,而性能优异的纳米材料电化学传感器在检测中作用显著。近十年,心血管系统药物检测研究领域,相关纳米电化学传感器发展迅速,使用的材料类型日益多样化,应用也更为实用化,未来的研究将聚焦于新型非碳基复合纳米材料的开发以及高通量实时在线分析系统的构建。 Cardiovascular drugs are important in clinical treatment and their effective testing has long been the research focus.Compared with other methods,electrochemical testing is widely used due to its advantages of simplicity,quickness and high sensitivity,in terms of which nano-electrochemical sensors with excellent performance play a significant role.The last decade has witnessed rapid development of the researches not only on cardiovascular drug testing but also on nano-electrochemical sensors whose materials have been more diverse and application more practical.The future research will focus on the development of noncarbon-based nano-composites and the construction of high throughput real-time online analytical system.
