新时期大学生廉洁教育的现状与对策

On Current Situation and Strategies of Integrity Education for College Students in the New Era

廉洁教育是新时期高校思想政治工作的一项重要内容。当前大学生廉洁教育虽取得了初步成效,但在师生重视程度、工作体制、廉洁教育内容和方法等方面仍存在不足。不良社会现象的负面影响,常态化保障机制的缺乏,廉洁教育理论及效果评价的研究不够等,对廉洁教育的实施效果产生不同程度的影响。高校需要加强廉洁教育内容拓展、队伍建设、环境优化、方式创新、机制健全等方面的工作,不断提高大学生廉洁教育实效,开创廉洁教育新局面。

Integrity education is an important aspect of ideological and political work at colleges and universities in the new era.Although it has achieved initial results,there are still many inadequacies concerning the importance teachers and students attach to it,the education system,teaching content and methods,etc.The effects of the integrity education are influenced,to a greater or lesser degree,by adverse effect of undesirable phenomena,lack of regular support mechanism,and insufficient research on relevant theory and evaluation.In order to make substantial progress and initiate a new stage in integrity education for college students,colleges and universities should strengthen their work from the aspects of teaching content,team building,environment optimization,method innovation and mechanism improvement.
