基于现代学徒制试点1+X证书制度的思考

On the 1+X Certificate System Based on Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制与1+X证书制度在产教融合、复合型技术技能人才培养、深化“三教”改革等方面有着本质的契合。高职院校在现代学徒制专业中实施1+X证书制度有利于推进校企育人的精准对接,促进复合型技术技能人才的培养,实现课程与职业技能等级证书标准之间的融通。在现代学徒制专业中实施1+X证书制度,要将职业技能等级标准融入人才培养方案,构建适应1+X证书制度的现代学徒制课程体系,强化适应1+X证书制度要求的师资培养,组织开展相关职业技能培训,做好X证书学习成果的认定、累计与转换工作。

Modern apprenticeship essentially agrees with 1+X certificate system in terms of integrating education with industry,cultivating compound technical talents,and innovating teaching methods and materials.Implementing 1+X certificate system in the majors based on modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges are favorable for accurately connecting school-enterprise education,promoting the cultivation of compound technical talents,and integrating curriculum with scale of vocational skills.The system can be realized by integrating the scale of vocational skills into curriculum program,building up apprenticeship-based curriculum that is compatible with the system,strengthening faculty training for the system,organizing relevant skills training for students and ensuring the identification,accumulation and conversion of the learning results of X certificate.
