高职院校线上教学质量影响因素分析——以江苏财会职业学院为例 被引量:2

On the Influencing Factors of Online Teaching Quality in Higher Vocational College——A Case Study of Jiangsu College of Finance and Accounting

摘要 对江苏财会职业学院学生在疫情防控期间的线上学习情况进行调查,利用描述性统计分析得出:学生对目前线上学习情况、教师教学情况的评价较高,但对线上教学效果、师生互动、教学资源配置方面感受一般。在此基础上进行主成分分析、有序多分类Logistic回归分析得出:教学实施情况、学生学习有效性、学生学习主动性是影响线上教学质量的主要因素。高职教师应采取强化线上教学实施效果、注重监督与学生的自我管理、及时与学生进行良好沟通、建立虚拟学习共同体等措施,以切实保障线上教学的有效性与质量。 By making a survey of the students’online learning in Jiangsu college of Finance and Accounting,this paper found through the descriptive statistics that the students gave less positive feedback on teaching effects,teacher-student interaction and teaching resources despite thinking highly of online learning and teaching in general.In the light of this situation,the paper made an analysis based on principal component and ordinal multi-class Logistic regression,and concluded that teaching process,effective learning and students’initiative are the three major factors influencing online teaching quality.To practically and effectively improve and ensure online teaching quality,teachers in higher vocational colleges should strengthen the effects of teaching practice,make close supervision of students and attach importance to students’self-discipline,have good and timely communication with students,and set up virtual learning community.
