张謇的质量观既博大精深又特点鲜明,崇尚精益求精,讲究细致严谨,提倡持之以恒,注重奖优罚劣,坚持知行统一,对当前中国特色高水平高职院校和专业建设具有现实参考价值。高职院校内部治理和人才培养过程中,借鉴和践行张謇质量观以提高人才培养质量,是切实可行的。

Zhang Jian’s view on quality is extensive and profound,with distinct characteristics.Meanwhile,it has realistic reference value for high-level vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics and for their specialty construction by advocating excellence,stressing meticulousness and preciseness,promoting perseverance,emphasizing rewarding the good and fining the bad and adhering to the unity of theory and practice.In the process of internal governance and talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges,it is feasible to refer to and practice Zhang Jian’s view on quality to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
