摘要
弧形钢闸门因其闸门启闭力小等优点在水利工程中大量运用,但其特殊构造也存在诸如异响等问题,针对大型弧形钢闸门在运行过程中出现的支铰轴承异响的状况,综合分析异响产生的原因及影响,并结合工程实际研究对策,优化支铰轴承润滑。
Radial steel gate is widely used in water conservancy projects because of its advantages of small opening and closing force,but its special structure also has problems such as abnormal noise.In view of abnormal noise of hinge bearing during the operation of the large-scale radial steel gate,causes and influence of abnormal noise were comprehensively analyzed,and the lubrication of hinge bearing was optimized in combination with the practical engineering research countermeasures.
