摘要
在某车型的正向开发阶段,出现了车辆无法通过热平衡试验考核的问题。为解决该问题,文章运用CFD分析手段,对该车型机舱流场进行了仿真分析,并结合热平衡试验考核的过程数据,找出问题真因;基于找出的问题真因,有针对性地制定了一系列优化方案并通过CFD仿真分析和实车试验进行验证,根据试验结果来确定最终整车改进方案,成功地解决了问题。结果表明,综合运用CFD分析和整车试验可以有效解决整车热管理方面的问题,并在一定程度上节约时间和人力。
In the positive development phase of a vehicle under research,there was a problem that the vehicle could not pass the thermal balance test.In order to solve this problem,this paper uses CFD analysis methods to simulate and analyze the flow field of the engine room of the vehicle under development,combined with the process data of the thermal balance test assessment,to try to find the true cause of the problem?based on the true cause of the problem,it is targeted A series of optimization schemes were formulated and verified through CFD simulation analysis and actual vehicle test.According to the test results,the final vehicle improvement scheme was determined and the problem was successfully solved.The results show that the comprehensive application of CFD analysis and vehicle test can effectively solve the problem of vehicle thermal management and save time and manpower to a certain extent.
