摘要
随着整车功能不断富集,整车信号传输频率和通讯网络数量不断增大。频率的增大以及通讯网络数量的增加导致大量干扰信号问题的出现,影响整车功能的实现,甚至造成重大安全事故。通过对整车线束屏蔽失效的方式进行系统地分析与归纳,文章探索了线束屏蔽失效产生的根源,提出了降低线束屏蔽失效的工作方法。该方法有利于提高线束设计的可靠性,同时该方法为线束屏蔽失效问题的排查和解决提供了重要思路。
With the continuous enrichment of vehicle functions,the frequency of vehicle signal transmission and the number of communication networks continue to increase.The increase in frequency and the increase in the number of communication networks have caused a large number of signal interference problems,affecting the realization of vehicle functions,and even causing terrible safety accidents.By systematically analyzing and summarizing the failure modes of the wiring harness shielding,the root causes of the shielding failure of the wiring harness are explored,and methods to reduce the shielding failure are proposed.These methods are conducive to improving the reliability of wiring harness design,and provide an important idea for troubleshooting and solving the problem of wiring harness shielding failure.
