摘要
为了提高汽车的行驶平顺性能,以货车七自由度模型为例(多自由度系统可分解为若干独立的模态运动,具有求解方便的特点),建立振动微分方程。对路面四轮激励的功率谱矩阵进行分解,构造虚拟的复谐和路面激励。应用复谐和激励下系统响应的一般公式求取虚拟响应。通过响应量的统计特性进行了该车的振动响应分析。以某货车实车为例,应用复模态方法进行复谐和激励下的货车振动响应分析,结果表明该方法简单、易行,为振动分析领域提供了参考。
In order to improve the ride comfort performance of the vehicle,taking the seven-degree-of-freedom model of the truck as an example(the multi-degree-of-freedom system can be decomposed into several independent modal motions,which is easy to solve),the vibration differential equation is established.The power spectrum matrix of four-wheel excitation is decomposed to construct the pseudo complex harmonic road excitation.The general formula of system response under complex harmonic excitation is used to obtain the pseudo response.Through the statistical characteristics of the response,the vibration response of the vehicle is analyzed.Taking a real truck as an example,the complex modal method is applied to analyze the vibration response of the truck under complex harmonic excitation.The results show that the method is simple and feasible,which provides a reference for the field of vibration analysis.
