摘要
针对菠萝采收田间转运的劳动强度大、工作环境差、作业效率低等问题,通过分析菠萝采收机国内外应用现状,设计一种符合我国菠萝生产模式的高地隙履带自走式菠萝采收车,整机结构包括高地隙橡胶履带动力底盘、动力系统、装载车厢、输送臂、自动收放系统、液压系统等。阐述其结构特点与工作原理并对主要作业部件进行了结构设计。
In view of the situation of high labor intensity,poor working environment and low working efficiency in field transportation of pineapple,a self-propelled highland crawler pineapple truck was designed to carry out field transportation in line with the production mode of pineapple in China.The structural characteristics and working principle are described,as well as the structural design of the main operating components.
