摊铺机左右悬臂铸造工艺优化设计研究

摘要 介绍了摊铺机左右悬臂铸件的结构及技术要求,针对原工艺铸件的缩松缺陷和材质金相不良问题,提出了改进和优化措施:(1)将原大平板朝下工艺改朝上工艺浇注,并加设发热保温冒口,提高了铸件的补缩压力及补缩能力;将原侧边浇冒口的补缩冒口颈改在2个热节之间,方便浇冒口直接补缩热节;(2)优化球墨铸铁熔炼工艺及成分配料,采用低碳中硅无合金成分及纯净废钢、高纯生铁配料,快速熔炼,应用高硅钡及特种含铋孕育剂多次孕育,严格控制浇注温度,强化了孕育效果,提高了材质的强度及延伸率,彻底消除了材质金相碎块状石墨及反应层缺陷。生产结果表明:悬臂铸件解剖无缩松缺陷及X-ray检测达到一级,材质力学性能及金相组织完全符合客户技术要求。 The structure and technical requirements of the left and right cantilever castings of the paver have been introduced.Aiming at the shrinkage defects of the original process castings and the material metallographic problems,improvements and optimization measures have been proposed:(1)The original large plate face down process has been changed to the face up process pouring,and added a heating and heat preservation riser,which improves the feeding pressure and feeding capacity of the casting;the feeding riser neck of the original side pouring riser has been changed between two hot joints to facilitate direct filling of the pouring riser shrinking heat joints;⑵Optimizing the smelting process and ingredients of ductile iron,using low-carbon,medium-silicon,alloy-free ingredients,pure scrap steel,and high-purity pig iron ingredients,fast smelting,using high-silicon barium and special bismuth inoculants for multiple inoculations,strictly controls the pouring temperature,strengthens the inoculation effect,improves the strength and elongation of the material,and completely eliminates the material metallographic fragmented graphite and reactive layer defects.The production results show that:the cantilever casting has no shrinkage defects in anatomy and X-ray inspection reaches the first level,while the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the material fully meet the customer’s technical requirements.
